Last 24 hours before a photoshoot.. always hectic but fun✨

5 tips below if you are getting ready for yours⬇️

1. Steam your clothes at least a day before.. otherwise you’ll end up doing it at 1 am like me🫠

2. Hydrate your face - the makeup will look better and the face healthier. Blue and red lights are my favorite, serum, face mask, night cream, hydrating cream in the morning too

3. If your photoshoot is after noon, I do recommend to eat something that you know will not bloat you. It’s very hard to focus, pose and enjoy it when you are hungry!

4. Pack lots of accessories so then your photographer can pick what would look good on camera.. it can really help a picture pop✨

5. Most importantly.. grab your supportive bestie 💕 it helps the most to relax, enjoy and have fun when you have a friend on board + of course the stunning bts videos are gold💎

And of course.. Don’t forget to have fun in all that chaos!! (Truly I love these days it’s been a while since I had one🙊)

It’s simple. You just need to plan a whole year round work. Because “quick fixes” are amazing I love them. It’s cool getting tremendous results in just 6 weeks - however if you don’t maintain it, it’ll say goodbye.

The summer body gets you started => the future you keeps you going.

And the good part? >> consisten yearly work outwins the temporary hard work for the summer and ALSO MAKES IT EASIER.

Summer comes every year. So if you work less intensive but consistently in the winter = your next year summer body will be much easier to achieve.

And in the meantime? >> you build your muscle mass that keeps you young and healthy.

Because working for your 80 years old self and getting that “bikini body” doesn’t eliminate each other.

You can have both. Just work with the right person who can design the right plan for you👵🏻☀️👙👌🏼

That’s only going to be possible if you ditch the all in / all out method! To build a habit you don’t need to be in the gym every day like a squirrel on caffeine.🐿️

Small efforts build consistency that gives you big results. A sudden crazy schedule is just gonna get you burnt out.

How to reach all your gym goals in 2026🔥 it’s easier than you think..

Firstly, stop wasting time overthinking. Hire a good coach online or in person, follow the plan and focus less on details - meal timing is not important unless you compete.

Focus on the bigger picture and don’t be afraid of the weights! Be afraid of being stuck at the same place you’ve been at for years..
