B&B Total Fitness was visted by star Fb/DE Saif Salem..Saif is a star American Football player for the EAFL's Varsity division along with being a member of the Elite UAE Falcons U-19 All star American football team. We would like to congratulate Saif on accepting a Div. 2 scholarship to play Football in the U.S. ..Needless to say we worked hard during our first session.

Total Fitness can be defined as being sound not only in regimented exercise but through great nutritional choices as well. Eating correctly is so very important. Teaching a habit only benefits them. Part of what we do here at B&B is supply a post workout meal to our phenomenal clients.

Training schedule as follows:
Sunday 5-8p.m upper body strength and conditioning
(Mangrove villiage )
Monday 5-8p.m speed School
(ZSC Track )
Wednesday 5-8p.m lower Body strength and conditioning
(Mangrove villiage )
Thursday 5-8p.m skill development and athletic fundamentals
(ZSC Track )
Each Session is one hour in duration. You can choose which one hour block works best for you
