Joint pain and stiffness can make everyday life a challenge β especially with conditions like knee osteoarthritis.
A new network meta-analysis of 17 clinical trials found that turmeric-derived curcumin can reduce pain and improve function. The most effective results came from bioavailability-enhanced curcumin products, which reached meaningful clinical improvement thresholds for pain reduction. These benefits were often seen when curcumin was used alongside standard care.
While curcumin isnβt a cure, it may be a valuable part of an anti-inflammatory, joint-supportive approach β especially when paired with movement, nutrition, and lifestyle changes.

Fatigue isnβt just βin your headβ β it often starts at the level of your cellsβ powerhouses: the mitochondria.
β¨ Two new randomized controlled trials found that NADH (10 mg/day) improved fatigue symptoms in people with chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS). This is early evidence, but itβs exciting because NADH supports mitochondrial energy production β and may give people living with chronic fatigue another tool for relief.
