Meet Rolf /

With 6 years of coaching experience and over a decade of competition across multiple sports, Rolf brings calm confidence and serious experience to Fitground AE.

He leads with focus, presence, and a coaching style that challenges and supports in equal measure.

Whether he’s coaching on our floor or competing at HYROX Worlds, Rolf brings the same steady energy every time.

And while it’s a pleasure to see him compete on the world stage, nothing beats having him bring that back to our community💪🏼
