Staying anxious your whole life because you missed what he actually came to show you đź’”

I used to be anxiously attached, fully convinced my partner would eventually leave. đź’

I scanned for the exit before it existed.

Tested him without meaning to.

Performed a security I didn’t actually feel.

The shift didn’t come from him. It came from me — the day I stopped focusing on managing us and started focusing on me.

But “focus on yourself” isn’t a vibe, it’s a practice.

For me it was self-awareness, self-regulation, self-connection — in that order.

đź’Ą Awareness of what was actually driving my anxiety and my root patterns birthed a deeper acceptance and understanding of who I was

đź’Ą Regulation of the nervous system reacting before my brain could catch up.

💥 Connection back to needs I’d been ignoring for years to keep the peace.

Now I trust this relationship to last a lifetime — not because I found the “safe” partner, but because I became one. 🔑

What I teach isn’t theory. It’s exactly what I lived.

And I teach it to women who know they have work to do and are finally ready to do it & stop talking about it 👇🏽

I’m opening 4 spots for a complimentary Relationship Audit — we’ll map your goals, your gaps, and your exact action plan.

It’s also an opportunity to feel what it’s like to be supported. You don’t have to have it figured out to start.

4 spots. Comment audit and I’ll send you the application link👇

The day after I held my son for the first time, I found out my husband had slept with another woman. đź’”

And it wasn’t quiet — she’d already told many people.

So I wasn’t just holding a newborn and a broken foundation, I was holding it in front of everyone who knew before I fully did.

Shame. Hurt. Guilt. Embarrassment. All of it landed on me, like it was mine to carry instead of his.

Leaving felt like a strong choice. Honestly?

It would’ve been easier.

My greatest fear had already come true — my partner had betrayed me so what was left to lose by leaving?

But I stayed. And staying required something leaving never would: that I actually feel it. 🕯️

Running from a feeling gives you relief, not freedom.

Feelings you outrun just wait for you in the next relationship.

Sitting inside it instead of sprinting from it — that’s emotional stability.

And on the other side is real freedom: not having no feelings, but not being run by them.

Before I could decide anything, I needed information. Was this a pattern or one catastrophic break?

We did therapy together. I did therapy alone, the part people skip — understanding my own wiring, why abandonment terrified me long before my partner ever hurt me.

Healing isn’t a moment, it’s a rebuild.

Trust came back in small, repeated proof over years. I won’t pretend it was linear. It wasn’t. 🌱

If you’re staying right now is it because you believe this is repairable, or because leaving feels like the harder loss?

If you left, or you’re still deciding, was it the relationship you couldn’t survive, or the version of yourself you’d have to become to stay and heal?

Here’s what I didn’t understand back then: we can unknowingly attract the very thing we fear chasing partners who can’t fully show up, staying braced for an exit that isn’t even coming.

Understanding what you actually fear isn’t a soft step. It’s the foundation healthy love is built on. 🔑

I built a 2-minute quiz to help you name your exact love fear and start soothing it to safety.

Comment “QUIZ” and I’ll send it to you. 👇

17 years married today. đź’Ť and I thank you for holding a mirror to my face for my highest growth.

Here’s the lesson that changed everything for us.

It’s safe to grow out of the people we were and become new ones. 🌴

This year, my partner and I got brutally honest with each other.

We practiced vulnerability in depth.

We stopped holding onto who we were when we got married or even last year & started honoring who we are now.

Relationships aren’t easy.

They ask you to soften the ego, find empathy, and build the strength to look within before you look outside.

You will feel like you’re failing a lot — that’s part of the healing, not proof you’re doing it wrong.

Having a partner who holds up a mirror to your face?

That’s the fastest path to healing I’ve ever found. 🪞

This is exactly why I mentor women through their own healing — because I lived it first.

17 years of choosing to look inward instead of walking away is what built the tools I now teach.

Babe — thank you for teaching me to look within, for encouraging me to build my own safety, and for testing my boundaries without even knowing you were doing it. ✨

I don’t know what next year brings, but I know we’ll keep teaching each other how we want to be loved, held, and desired.

Here’s to marriage. To doing the work. To looking within. And to every woman healing her way toward a lasting love.

I was doing it all wrong….

I used to see distance, silence, defensiveness, shutdowns and withdrawal as rejection.

As proof I wasn’t loved.

As a personal attack ⚡️

But when I learned to heal my lens, I saw something different.

👉🏽 Your partner isn’t against you.

✋🏽 Your partner is dysregulated, overwhelmed or scared and having a hard time.

Nobody teaches us these skills in relationships and men do have a disadvantage as they were met with less emotional awareness as boys.

That shift moved us from anxious-avoidant chaos into secure connection đź’ž

Because when I stopped attacking pain… with pain.

Did my ego like it?
Absolutely not.

It wanted to be right.
It wanted to blame my partner.
It wanted proof I was the victim.

But love asked me to grow.

Ask yourself âť“

What changes if your partner isn’t rejecting you… but struggling too?

Empathy doesn’t mean abandoning yourself.

It means learning how to heal the dynamic without feeding it.

You’re ready to stop repeating anxious/avoidant cycles with your partner so I’m opening 1 complimentary
45-minute 1:1 Relationship Audit 👇🏽

For single & taken professional women ready to heal love patterns in the next 30-90 days.

Comment AUDIT to apply (I’ve opened just one space for the month of August 2026)!
