A few brilliant conversations this week at JESS around the ethical use of AI and what it actually means for the next generation.

The students challenged each other on everything from AI in schools and social media to whether technology is helping us think more critically… or doing the thinking for us. Some really mature perspectives and impressive debate. 👏

At Front Foot, we’re big believers that leadership in the future won’t just be about understanding technology – it’ll be about understanding people, communication, ethics, and decision-making alongside it.

No school? No problem.

Even with schools temporarily closed, it’s still so important for young people to stay active, social, and connected. This weeks session was all about teamwork, confidence, communication, and getting the kids together in a positive environment outside of the classroom.

A huge thank you to .app for hosting us and giving us such a great space to continue running our sessions safely and professionally.

Recognise some familiar faces? Great to welcome back our Safa students from last term, alongside some new faces joining us for their first Session 1 of Term 3.

Each term, students build on the skills they’ve already developed, continuing to grow in confidence, communication, and self-awareness. It’s always great to see that progression in action, especially when they start leading, reflecting, and pushing themselves a bit further each session.

This is where our parents are kept closely appraised of what is being learned, progress made by their child specifically and real time feedback. Oh, did we mention, it’s all AI integrated…ask us anything you want to and get instant responses all tailored to our courses and your students progress!

Back in schools for Term 3 🙌 and great to be with KS3 at Dubai College today for their Leadership for Life session.

Today’s focus was service leadership and what it really means to lead by putting others first 💬 Leading through service, teamwork, and responsibility is where real leadership begins.

This week on our Leadership for Life course, some of our Year 7 students have been developing their decision-making and judgement skills 💭⚖️

Through realistic scenarios and team-based challenges, they were asked to make choices under pressure, consider consequences, and think carefully about how their decisions affect others 🤝

As the session progressed, students began to slow their thinking, ask better questions, and involve their teams more in the decision-making process 👥✨
