Your BMI (Body Mass Index) does not determine your health status.
My BMI currently says I'm obese😛
Literally red flagged for being obese. 🚩
Focus on:
▪︎How you feel.
▪︎How you look at yourself.
▪︎Creating a healthy relationship with food.
▪︎Moving your body consistently.
▪︎Loving who you are and what your body is capable of doing.

Endured the most hateful comments.
