Meet

She came to me looking to make a change.

Her confidence was gone, her health was suffering and her energy levels were at rock bottom!

She had tried certain diets and trainings before but nothing stuck!

What corner are you in?

While I've been on holiday, I've done some form of exercise each day.

Not always in the gym, some yoga, hikes and swimming thrown in there.

Why?

Because I enjoy it and it's part of my routine!

But on top of that exercise releases endorphins, that promote the feeling of enjoyment while on holidays.

Studies have also shown, when we exercise, we are more likely as to eat a healthier diet aligned with our goals!

Whether it's a morning run, a sight seeing hike, sunset yoga or a mid day gym session, maintaining or building a routine can help energize and make you feel better throughout your days on holiday!

This is what I like to do, and I'm not saying everyone has to do this. But if you have a goal of weight loss in mind it's a great way of staying on track and promoting positive health on a holiday!

Training while traveling!

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

In a world where there are so many social pressures to "fit in" as a career driven individual, we often put our physical and mental health on the back burner!

We can find ourselves in the crossfire of social expectations and battling the pressure of wanting to live a healthier lifestyle.

As a coach, I've witnessed first hand the toll this pressure takes on mental health, self-esteem, and overall well-being.

They want to lose the fat around the middle, but they don't want to be seen as "dry" or "no fun" in the office.

But you can have it all.

By having a plan in place that suits your lifestyle, you can get the results you want and maintain them!

It's all about building the foundational habits that will allow you to get the results.

The career driven men and women in my program are living proof of this!

Let's talk about something we often overlook in our fast-paced lives: the impact of poor posture from bad sitting habits. 🚊

Whether we're glued to our desks or constantly on the move, neglecting our posture can have some serious consequences. 🧑‍💻

As a career driven individual, you may be at risk!

Especially if you’re sitting like this at a computer 8 hours a day 5 days a week!

Here are just a few of the drawbacks of poor posture.

Back and Neck Pain: Slouching over our screens can lead to aches and pains that distract us from our tasks and drain our energy.😫

Muscle Imbalances: Sitting improperly can cause some muscles to work overtime while others weaken, throwing our bodies out of alignment and increasing the risk of injury.💪

Decreased Productivity: Constantly shifting to find a comfortable position disrupts our workflow, making it harder to stay focused and productive. 📉

Breathing Issues: Slouching can even affect our ability to take deep breaths, leaving us feeling tired and sluggish. 😷

Digestive Discomfort: Compression of our internal organs can lead to digestive woes like heartburn and bloating.💩

Mood Swings: Chronic pain and discomfort can take a toll on our mental health, leaving us feeling irritable and down.😒

Long-Term Health Risks: Ignoring our posture now can set us up for more serious issues down the line, like spinal misalignment and arthritis.💊

By making small changes to our sitting habits and prioritizing good posture, we can avoid these pitfalls and feel our best every day.

Over the next 4 weeks I will be doing a series of a series of exercises to help you improve your posture.
