Nothing fancy.

Just showing up, training properly, and staying consistent.

Most results come from doing the basics well — over and over again.

Strength. Discipline. Routine.

That’s the difference.

Taking on a few coaching clients again soon.

Today marks one year since my beloved father passed away. He meant the world to me, and without his love, strength, and values, I wouldn’t be where I am today 😢🙏.

One year ago, life felt incredibly heavy. I had just started my CERT IV TAE, I was unemployed, and had been out of work for over a year. Everything felt uncertain. But through persistence, study, and resilience, I completed my certification—and just a month ago, I landed an amazing job.

My life has changed dramatically, and today, I’m in a much better place mentally, spiritually, and emotionally.
Yet, the sadness still lingers. It’s strange to think a whole year has passed without him. My heart still aches in quiet moments 😭 😥.

After work today, I treated myself to an infrared sauna session—something I’ve been meaning to try for a while, especially after feeling sore from my workouts. It ended up being more therapeutic than I expected.

But this post isn’t about saunas, fitness, or jobs. It’s about gratitude. Gratitude for my father, who was the strongest, kindest, and most generous man I’ve ever known. He raised me to be who I am today, and I carry his spirit with me in everything I do 🫶🤲.

This is for you, Dad 🤍
I love you. I miss you. Thank you for everything.

Reunited with my beautiful friend Annette, who came all the way from Dubai! ✈️ We had the best night walking around Brisbane, sharing an awesome dinner at Howard Smith, and even got caught in a Brissy storm! 🌧️😂

Annette and I go way back (2007 or 2008?), and she’s always been such a special friend with a huge heart. Can’t wait for her next trip! 💛

🌞 Today, I took on a 5K run! It’s been a while since I’ve hit the pavement like this. I actually gave up running competitively about 12 years ago, and these days, my focus has been all about gym work and muscle building.
8 weeks ago, though, I broke my wrist – two broken bones and two torn ligaments. It was a serious setback that forced me to slow down and focus on recovery. While frustrating at first, this time away has given me a chance to reconnect with other passions I rarely get time for: working on my core, trying new things, and of course, running.

Today I completed the beautiful New Farm Park Run in 26 minutes. Not quite the 22 minutes I could hit 12 years ago, but it’s a solid start, especially with minimal training. Excited to keep building up! 💪💫.

I had the pleasure of attending the Multicultural Paths to Integrational Peace conference today! It was an incredible opportunity to hear directly from the African community in Australia and better understand the challenges they face. As a trainer with ECCQ, this event will help me shape a program specifically for the Banyamalenge Congolese community, focusing on empowering women and youth. My goal is to support them as they navigate life in Australia, bridge generational divides, and overcome obstacles in their journey to full integration. Feeling inspired and excited for the work ahead!

✨ My Journey to Building Glutes ✨

Back in 2012, I ran 4-5 times a week, averaging 70-100 km, and did countless squats, lunges, and hip abductions. Despite my intense training, I still had a flat b***y.

In 2016, I flew to Michigan, USA for my sports internship. There, I delved into books and training programs focused on glutes. However, despite learning a lot and training differently, it still did not show on my glutes.

In 2018, I connected with Bret Contreras, the glute guy who invented the hip thrust exercise. Training with him was a game-changer! I not only built my glutes but also learned how he designs programs for his top clients.

With all the knowledge I gained, I’ve helped hundreds of clients transform their bodies. Many women achieved incredible glute growth in just three months. Beyond aesthetics, they became stronger, more confident, and educated about various training routines to continue progressing on their own.

Today, I’m proud of my hard work, long hours of studying, and training. I’m thrilled to transfer these skills to you. If you’re ready for a real body transformation or want to work on your glutes, look no further. Contact me now , and let’s get started! 💪🍑

Life has thrown many challenges my way over the past 12 months, and losing my dad on May 15th was the hardest of all. In my grief, I found it tough to express my feelings and felt unmotivated.
I stayed home, ate poorly, and lost my drive. Today, I chose to change that.

Remembering Navy SEAL Admiral William McRaven’s words, “If you want to change the world, you must be your very best in your darkest moment,” I realized that in my darkest moments, I often become my worst self. I made excuses, procrastinated, and lost sight of my goals. But that’s not what my father would have wanted for me.

So, I decided to go for a run today. It’s not about the speed or the distance, but about getting out of bed and hitting the road without stopping. This mindset shift reminded me of my clients who often get discouraged by not achieving immediate results. It’s not about the outcome but the journey.

Takeaway: Enjoy the journey, even if you don’t see immediate results. Don’t give up on your hopes and dreams. Aim to be your very best in your darkest moments.

If you read this far, please keep my father in your prayers.

Have a great day, everyone. 💪🏽🙏🏽

Today is one of the most heartbreaking days of my life. Yesterday, I received the devastating news of my father's passing. He was my hero, someone I always looked up to and admired. Throughout his life, he selflessly dedicated himself to his family and everyone around him. His generosity, kindness, and unconditional love were unparalleled. Today, I choose to celebrate the incredible life he lived, the unwavering support he offered me, and the immense impact of his kind soul. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers as we mourn his loss.

🌟 Celebrating Progress 🌟

Reflecting on the past year, I’ve achieved some milestones that may seem small individually, but together they represent significant steps forward. Here are my top three wins for 2023/2024:

1️⃣ Obtaining my Australian Driving License 🚗
2️⃣ Embarking on the Certificate IV Trainer and Assessor course, gearing up to re-enter the aviation world 🛫
3️⃣ Getting my fitness qualification registered with Aus Active, now fully equipped to coach and train in Australia 🏋️‍♂️

It’s a testament to the power of consistency and perseverance. Often, progress feels slow and insignificant, but it’s these little steps that pave the way for lasting change. Just like in fitness and nutrition, the journey requires patience and trust in the process. 🌱

You can either chase quick fixes and instant gratification, or commit to steady growth and genuine transformation. The choice is yours. 🌟

Now, I’d love to hear from you! Share three wins or milestones from your own journey, no matter how big or small. Let’s celebrate each other’s victories and keep inspiring one another! 💪

And oh, the blurred face photo is the picture of my driving instructor who preferred not to reveal her photo. 📸
