"Samskara"
Samskaras originate when a vritti, or thought wave, arises in the mind. Once this thought wave has left the conscious mind, it sinks down into the subconscious or unconscious mind, where it remains in the form of a samskara.
Yogic practices such as dharana and dhyana are believed to enable practitioners to encounter samskaras below the threshold of consciousness, thereby allowing negative imprints to be understood and replaced with positive ones.

In our daily life, we are challenged with time. Many of us want to know where to start with a yoga practice. Here we are bringing you a practice that has all essential moves that reverses the effect of our daily work life.
Focusing on the neck , shoulder, spine and hips in the early part of the session, it helps to relieve all stress and strengthen the muscles around neck. Also it is aimed to bring more mobility and flexibility into your hamstring, Gluteus muscles and the hip joints. The final part of the session focus on spinal twist and stretch of the group of muscles that sprials across the body, allowing de-stress of the lower back.

Yoga is perceived by people with various intentions. Some wants to improve their current abilities while others want to make a start.
Whatever may be your intention of practice today, if looking for a practice that brings benefit to your daily life, it is the basic and intermediate poses that does the magic. The fancy difficult poses are great, but they are generally the fruit of the basic and intermediate practice. Sure, these difficult poses put a smile on your face, getting the basic poses deeper gives your body the actual healing benefits.
Here we focus on the seated poses that give mobility to shoulders, lower back and internal organs.
At the end of the session, there is a Sound Meditation with focus on the Chakras, the energy centers of the body. Practicing the chakra meditation helps the body to calm down and balance the energy centers to keep the body function in harmony.
