Swing changes take a process.

First we learn the movement with no club and no ball — just the body.

Then we add the club (still no ball) to blend the new pattern.
Next comes slow-motion reps, building rhythm and consistency.

After that, we introduce the ball with soft, controlled swings to keep the focus on movement quality.

Finally, we build up to full speed, keeping the improved motion as the swing gets faster.

Simple steps. Quality reps. Better golf. 📈⛳️
