The International Mixed Martial Arts Federation (IMMAF) Youth World Championships, which begin on Wednesday at the Jiu-Jitsu Arena in Zayed Sports City, Abu Dhabi, will feature a strong UAE squad of 27 male and one female fighter making their debut.

The Youth Worlds are in their third year and are being held for the first time in Abu Dhabi after the capital city agreed to a three-year hosting agreement that will last until 2024.

FIFA hosted three seminars between May 31 and June 22 to fully train the 36 referees, 69 assistant referees, and 24 video match officials chosen from all six confederations to officiate at the next FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM.

FIFA, the international governing body, suspended India on Tuesday for "undue influence from third parties" and denied it the right to host the Under-17 Women's World Cup, which is set to take place in October. 😱😮‍💨🤐

In its 85-year existence, FIFA has never previously imposed a suspension on the All India Football Federation (AIFF). The All India Football Federation (AIFF) will be suspended immediately as a result of "undue influence by third parties, which constitutes a major violation of the FIFA Statutes," according to a statement from the FIFA.

Due to the ban, India will not be able to host the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup as originally planned from October 11–30, 2022.

FIFA is determining the tournament's future actions and, if and when required, will bring the issue to the Bureau of the Council.
