A new season of ARTISTIC GYMNASTIKA is about to begin.

You’ve already met our new direction — now it’s time to discover what Artistic Gymnastika can give your child.

Created for both girls and boys, artistic gymnastics is one of the most complete sports for children’s physical and personal development.

Through structured training, children build:

Children train on gymnastics apparatus and learn acrobatics and technical skills step by step. Girls develop across Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam and Floor, while boys work across Floor, Pommel Horse, Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars and Horizontal Bar.

Our program follows the USA Gymnastics (USAG) level system and is led by an international team of experienced artistic gymnastics coaches.

And we’re bringing the same philosophy that stands behind GYMNASTIKA into this new direction: professional training combined with respect, encouragement and genuine care for every child.

The final two weeks of summer at GYMNASTIKA are all about serious pre-season preparation.

From August 17–28, our gymnasts will work on the physical and technical qualities they need to return to the competition floor stronger and more confident.

For Advanced, Baby Elite and Competitive gymnasts, training includes conditioning and endurance, advanced flexibility, acrobatics, jump technique, pivots and balances, apparatus mastery, FIG-level elements, routine cleaning and preparation for the upcoming season.

Competitive athletes train separately according to their level and programme — because experienced gymnasts need focused work, not simply a general summer activity.

Two weeks can make a difference.

While September is the beginning of the season, your preparation can start now.
