One year ago today, we left the familiar comforts of the UK and embarked on our adventure in the sandpit of Dubai. It's been a year of change, challenges, and cherished moments.

Highlighting the connection between sleep deprivation and mental health. Not to scare, but to encourage seeking help.
1 in 4 children suffer with sleep challenges, which can be easily solved using behavioural sleep techniques.
Mental health is just one aspect that can be affected, others include mpaired cognitive function, difficulty concentrating, mood swings, increased stress, and a higher risk of developing health issues like obesity and diabetes.
Additionally, it can weaken the immune system and impact overall physical health, making it crucial to prioritise a good night's sleep for overall well-being.

Quality sleep refers to uninterrupted, deep sleep that allows the body and brain to undergo essential restorative processes. For children, quality sleep is characterised by sufficient duration and proper sleep architecture, including multiple cycles of REM (rapid eye movement) and non-REM sleep.
