Do you know why you work so hard all the time?
This is a serious question.
Sometimes we’re on a constant treadmill of life and we forget our ultimate why, our actual purpose and our end goal.
I’m very clear on my end goal.
In fact, I can see it right now at this exact moment. My ideal moment that I’m working towards is to make an impact in people’s lives.
I believe I have the tools to change people’s lives. I have been doing that for more than 10 years but limited to one location: the gym I worked at that moment.
I felt it wasn’t enough. I felt I had to do much more.
I felt that if I didn’t do that, I would be selfish. When I was contemplating that opportunity to move online I never embraced it fully, as I was doing OK and comfortable…until…
…. This pandemic hit and forced me to adapt, for the good.
I believe everything happens for a reason and this pandemic forced me to embrace my vision: to stop being limited to one location and to help people worldwide improve their health and live joyfully with their families👨👩👧
To spread my knowledge and make an impact. To create awareness for health and fitness, both in physical and mental terms. To raise awareness to the importance of taking care of your body and your mind. To optimise your main vehicle in this life: YOU.
That’s my mission.
I’m obsessed with my vision, with making an impact in peoples lives, with improving my mindset, my body, mastering my health and get my machine fully operational and sharp.
I want to inspire people to do the same, to take care of themselves and pass it onto their generations.
Our time is limited, I don’t want to waste it. Time is our most valuable asset and we must do the best we can to invest it wisely.
If you lose money you can always get it back, with time you can’t.
Invest in your health. By investing in your health you are buying time.
What’s your mission? 💪🏻

Finally able to sit outside and feel the (almost) fresh breeze.
Sunday is time to reflect, set the action plan for the week and appreciate one more week that passed.
Big changes coming and hungry to take things to the next level 📈
Discipline will take you to places where motivation can’t.
Sometimes in life, when you’re in a dark place and you think you’ve been buried, you’ve actually been planted and soon you’ll grow into the best version of yourself.
Don’t give up, have faith and believe that everything will be fine, you just need to trust the process and know that struggling is part of it and that it is building you, transforming you into the person you were meant to be.
Like when you’re in the gym: if you just do the easy stuff and don’t get challenged, if you don’t put in the work, your muscles won’t grow.
Same with life. If you don’t challenge yourself you are not growing.
The gym is the best analogy for life. Want to build resilience and fight for your goals and dreams? Then work for it, expect resistance, expect obstacles. So what?
If it was easy everyone would do it.
Strength grows in the moments when you think you can’t go on but you keep going anyway 💪🏻
Like, comment and share this with someone that needs this 🙏

You are not alone.
Sometimes we get frustrated when we feel we are not making progress.
We feel stuck. We feel that we should have everything right now.
What we need to understand and that we live in an atmosphere of immediate gratification: we have everything fast at the distance of one click.
But not with our lives. Not with our goals. Not with our success. Not with our health.
Don’t compare your page with someone else’s, we are always comparing ourselves with others.
Who are you comparing yourself with? Why ?
Why do you think you should be ahead?
You should be in a better position? Compared to what? To whom?
Stop comparing yourself. Focus on your lane and on your journey.
Have faith, be grateful, take care of yourself the best way possible and all will fall into place.
God has already prepared the way, don’t try to change it. He is just preparing you.

Do you have what it takes to succeed in life?
Nobody but you will save you from yourself. No one is going to come into your life with all the answers. No one is going to do the hard work you need to do to become a success in your life. You will not have a lifeboat waiting to take you to the next level of your life. Nobody is coming to save you.
Nobody but you will save you from yourself. No one is going to come into your life with all the answers. No one is going to do the hard work you need to do to become a success in your life. You will not have a lifeboat waiting to take you to the next level of your life.
Nobody is coming to save you.
If you don’t know what you are supposed to do, then you need to ask your brain-computer questions, and you will get the answers. Your brain-computer might give you answers that you don’t agree with, but at least look at what your brain-computer feeds back to you.
When you ask your brain-computer questions, it goes into the hard drive of your mind and brings you answers based on your experiences and what you have picked up by others in your life.
Don’t argue with your conscious mind what the brain-computer feeds back to you. Just analyze the feedback.
You have bigger fish to fry then what’s happening in your life now, and you know this! I bet you want to inspire others. I bet you know that you can make a difference on planet earth. I bet you believe you deserve recognition for being the Best!
Nobody is coming to save you but you, so put yourself in a lifeboat and get paddling towards the success that you know is destined for you — whatever that “success” is to you.
Remember: take care of yourself, invest in your health and in your education, these are the 2 best investments you can make in your life. Sometimes you have to be selfish in order to be selfless.

Call me crazy, but I believe getting into razor sharp shape can be really, really fun! It does not have to be a sacrifice. You don’t have to starve and punish yourself.
I’m a have your cookie and eat it too, kinda guy. What’s the fun in punishing yourself for months, only to look good for a couple of days. Makes no sense for me.
Of course, getting chiseled and making it a lifestyle requires a very, very intelligent strategy. Let's face it, the eat every few hours, cut our carbs and spend hours in the gym strategy sure as heck won't cut it? Not in the least.
This is why way back when, I sunk my teeth deep into intermittent fasting. Sure the research was clear - this daily practice has a strong list of benefits.
- Increased fat mobilization
- elevated levels of growth hormone
- increased insulin sensitivity
- improved cellular repair
- increases in brain derived neurotrophic factor
The research was eye opening. Especially because it flew flat in the face of what the mainstream media was pushing. I’ll admit, I do have a deep love and satisfaction with going against the grain so this only enticed me more.
But the real reason I’ve been so bullish on intermittent fasting is because it sets the stage to get really, really lean while being able to enjoy life.
You can eat like a king within your calories, and go out for epic dinners with friends and get as lean as you please.
It’s really cool seeing this intermittent fasting practice blow up and become widely practiced. I’ll take a little credit about pushing this when nearly everyone was flat out against it 2011-2015, specifically, encouraging many millions to get lean with fasting.
Which is why, I’m adding King of Intermittent Fasting to my bio 😆 But enough about me! I’d love to read your experiences with Intermittent Fasting. What has it offered for you? I believe I wouldn’t have created so many dramatic transformations if it wasn’t for the inclusion of intermittent fasting in my programs and the specific approach I teach.

I get asked this quite often.
Motivation is not that important and unfortunately is overrated. It has nothing to do with your goals and you can’t rely on it at all.
Discipline, consistency and resilience. These are the factors that will make the difference.
You will feel motivated when you start something, for example, starting a new fitness program.
That’s great, you have fuel for 1 week.
What will you do after? Learn to discipline yourself, to focus on the long term and to do what you need to do, even if you don’t feel like doing it.
This will make you win.
Leave a 💪🏻 if you agree.

Quit Watching TV. This Will Separate You From the Masses!
What are you doing today to be a better version of yourself tomorrow?
Nowadays we tend to be absorbed by the negativity of the News, but at the end of the day it’s our choice to let it controlled us or not.
Think with me: do you ever watch the news and feel super happy and motivated to get things done? To work on your goals? To get a good workout?
I guess the answer is No.
You’ll feel negative, you’ll get worried, you’ll comment on the bad things that are happening, you’ll gossip.
We tend to be lazy by nature and everything around us is making us prone to that, we must fight that.
What’s easier?
To watch TV or to engage in a good reading session? Of course it’s easier to watch TV, you’re just passive and not processing anything.
What will bring you benefits such as improved mood? Knowledge? Mental benefits such as better memory? Prevention of mental diseases? Make you an educated person?
Reading.
Reading is the best activity you can perform for your brain: it will literally do wonders for your life.
Gain this habit of reading at least 30 min per day but like everything, start small.
Read 5 pages at once and gradually try to increase that number.
Personal suggestion: listen some baroque music at the same time - it will improve your concentration and memory.
What are your favourite books?
Let me know :)

I’m a Coach, but I’m also not perfect ❗️Nowhere near it ❗️
Guys, I have my bad and sad days just like you do. 🤷🏻♂️
Like today, for example, I literally woke up on the wrong side of the bed and since then I’ve been dragging and low on energy almost all day.⬇️
But, I’ve actually learned how to give myself an energy boost in 3 different ways:
1- Slow down: learn how to rest but never quit. Take a break, a moment for yourself to be grateful for what you have. Stop for a while just chasing the next thing and being eternally unsatisfied.
2- Be grateful for everything. You have food, you have a ceiling, you are breathing.
150.000 people die every day. If you are reading this you are lucky. Be grateful for this.
3- Move your body: it’s the best therapy you can have. You’ll have feel good hormones rushing through your body that will make you see life in a different perspective.
Exercise is medicine and those who do it know it.
Every day I am grateful for having a purpose: build a better future and contribute to people’s lives.
Have a purpose, find your Why, don’t take anything for granted and be grateful every day.
Don’t just be a robot and live every day the same way.
Have you ever tried these tactics?
Let me know! 👇
