Morning all

I’m currently living in MotorCity and am a personal trainer.
I am thinking of starting a free Bootcamp twice or three times a week either early morning (5/6am) or late evening (7:30/8pm) down in one of the parks.

Would anyone be interested?

Are you here this summer and looking for the kids to do something?

We’ve got balls skills and football trials coming up, pop me a msg for more info ⚽️⚾️🎾🏏

Would there be enough interest to get a group of ladies together to form a group (for twice a week football, 1 day being dedicated to training and 1 day for a friendly football match)
