“I’ve been regulated all week.”

Before I started The Mindful Paths and the certifications, I was a Senior Buyer for the world’s largest brewing company.
My daily reality was global procurement, high-stakes negotiation, rigid deadlines, and the constant pressure to deliver. I was young, driven, and successful. Until I hit a wall.
It was burnout, but all I knew was that something felt irreversible.
It quite literally landed me at Emirates, where I spent seven years navigating another high-intensity environment. I used that time to pursue my passion and complete my Psychology degree. I needed to understand why my body had failed me while my mind was still trying to “push through.”

Full Moon Cacao Ceremony
It has been a long time we had the luxury to gather outdoors around the fire for a Full Moon Cacao Circle!

For that cacao will be made with love, a hint of Chamomile, rose and agave to take the edge! While I love a little chili, I will offer it on request so the experience can be enjoyed by all of us whether we like spicy or not 🙂
You can bring your mat, a little pillow and blanket for extra comfort. Water will be available and we can always stay back for a pot-luck dinner!
