As many trainers and presenters step into the big stage of filming these days, at Les Mills Live Amsterdam, it's important to remember to celebrate how far you've came, take some time for it. I confess I should've celebrated my achievements and filmings more. I was too caught up with finding reasons of how I could've done better and lost the opportunity of looking back and seeing how far I've came!

This being said I enjoyed every bit and would do it all over again! Oh my god I learned a lot!😍

This time I would definitely celebrate more and be proud of how hard I worked, how well I did and how many people I have influenced positively over the years!

Think about that, leave the rest for later, you have time to improve and grow, one step at the time!

Now go and have fun and celebrate! 🥳 🎉 🎊

Grateful to be able to do what I love EVERY DAY.

Grateful for all the people that support my dreams, you know who you are!

Grateful to all participants that join my classes, EVERY single WEEK!

Grateful to be able to pass the knowledge forwards, by training others, being them instructors or participants.

And Grateful for all the hard work, hours, days, years of it, to be able to do what I did these last couple of days! It wouldn't be the same if I wouldn't have worked so hard for it.

Strength is loving so much and that you make your husband, do a photoshoot of you, in Dubai's heat, at 6am, on a weekend, and you both carry weights and clothes and get sweaty as hell, but in the end you are STILL HAPPY about it!😂
