HÉR

For the first time in the UAE, a women-only wellness experience held in the presence of horses, nature’s most powerful and intuitive healers.

Set on a serene equestrian farm, this serene outdoor morning invites you to move, breathe, and reset alongside these majestic animals, whose calm energy creates a grounding, deeply restorative atmosphere.

The 60-minute, beginner-friendly session includes mat Pilates, breathwork, grounding and sound healing, all guided gently and intentionally, with horses freely present around you.

No riding, just connection.

A space for women to slow down, reconnect, and share a meaningful moment in nature, surrounded by beauty, stillness, and collective energy.
