In gym terms, the lats are the primary drivers in movements like:
* Pull-ups / chin-ups
* Lat pulldowns
* Rows
So basically if you do Lat pulldown movement and you just change the grip, it doesn’t mean that you will target different areas of your back 🙄🤦♂️
