A Glimpse of our Tower Class with Amazing and Rima ✨!
The video has been forwarded but every movement was practised with control precision and intention. That’s what pilates on Tower is all about - strength stability and mindful movement at his finest.

Round Back Elephant — looks simple, feels anything but.
It’s all about control ✨
Holding the deep C-curve, scooping the abdominals, and pressing the carriage out… bringing the carriage back in with control .
Focus points:
• Rounded spine stays consistent
• Head in line with the spine
• Soft gaze toward the belly button to deepen the flexion.

No momentum. Just strength, precision, and connection.
Amazing Exercise to strengthen abdominals and to increase back, hamstring and calf flexibility!
Working with Awesome who just finished her Complete Reformer Teacher Training with us to demonstrate this exercise the way we teach in our studio!
