I don’t do birthday cakes, only birthday steaks.
The way I think about it, eating cake doesn’t help me get any closer to my goals, plus I just feel bad, when I eat bad food.
But eating the highest quality and most nutritious food 🥩 does get me closer to my goals.
Not being a buzzkill or a party pooper either, there’s honestly no other way I’d rather celebrate my birthday.
3rd year in a row with an amazing birthday steak from my even more amazing girlfriend ❤️
I hope more people start to celebrate with birthday steaks too.

I see things on social media that I disagree with everyday. But what I will NEVER do is leave a negative comment on someone else's page/post.
It's important to remember that when you're scrolling through social media, you are occupying someone else's space that they've worked very hard to create.
There's enough negativity in the world already and adding to it with a negative comment helps nothing.
Remember if you have nothing nice to say, it's better to say nothing at all.
Always be respectful. Always be kind.
When I see something I don't like or disagree with, I take a mental note of it and use it as inspiration to help myself create better and more informative content.
I think we should all do it.
