They volunteer their time because they care. They show up early, stay organised, keep the chaos under control ๐, cheer from the sidelines, encourage the nervous ones, celebrate the big wins and somehow manage to make every child feel like they belong๐๐
They know the names.
They know the personalities.
They notice when someone needs a little extra encouragement.
And they bring the energy, session after session, week after week.
To every Age Manager who gives up their weekends, rearranges their plans, gets sandy, wet & sunburntโฆ THANK YOU. What you give to our club goes far beyond what happens on the beach. Youโre helping build confidence, friendships, resilience, leadership and a genuine love for our community.
