I can’t even begin to describe the challenges we’ve faced along the way… I’ll maybe save it when we hit the 100 lb mark 😅 but progress is about more than what shows in a photo… it’s about building habits, feeling stronger, and growing confidence along the way.

Part two of the shoot with Jordan…

This is the first time I’ve actually decreased someone’s steps / cardio and increased their calories throughout the WHOLE prep 😂 (not just the peak week)

The night before I remember receiving his updated photos and thinking he looked flat… so we threw in 343g carbs… 😂 with some extra salt or course!

That’s the beauty of the final week… no set formula, you just adjust as you see fit!

Three years ago, Jordan Caldwell told me he wanted a photoshoot for his 30th birthday.

Today, that goal is a reality.

The journey between those two moments brought real challenges, but Jordan kept going. His determination, resilience and commitment have been extraordinary to witness.

In 15 years of coaching thousands of people, this is one of the achievements I’m proudest to celebrate. Jordan, it’s been a privilege to support you. Congratulations on reaching a goal you worked so hard for.
