We’re back with Emilie Dahmen 🤩
If you follow HYROX, you’ll know Emilie. She’s one of the youngest athletes in the Elite 15, a Nike athlete and finished an incredible 7th at this year’s World Championships in Stockholm 🌍
But getting there wasn’t straightforward. Emilie qualified for Worlds at the final possible opportunity in Warsaw after missing out by seconds in both Phoenix and London.
We chat about the pressure that came with that, learning to trust her own race, competing at Worlds, becoming a Nike athlete and what’s changed behind the scenes as her career has progressed 🧠
We also get into why she’s taken a proper off-season instead of immediately chasing points, what her training looks like now, the areas she wants to improve and why she believes there are still minutes to find in her performance 🚀
