Fast Bowlers, Stop training randomly π
πͺπ» If you want to bowl faster and stay powerful throughout your spell, your workouts must be structured β not just intense.
Most fast bowlers:
β Do random gym workouts
β Only focus on bowling
β Donβt train for strength, power and speed
βFollow workouts from random creators with no sports science background
