Creatine explained💯✅

So a lot of my clients ask me about creatine and it’s definitely something I recommend and on most plans📲

However if your daily water intake is low you’ll get nothing out of it and actually dehydrate yourself in the process putting you not only in a bad state going into training sessions but potentially even muscle tears❌

My recommendations for doses are at least 1g of creatine per current each 10kg of bodyweight 80kg =8g creatine per day ✅

Water intake at least 4L and upwards depending on the person, bodyweight and lifestyle factors ✅

Take it anytime of the day but just make sure you are consistent with it 7 days a week 📈

Great transformation for client Jak ✅

15lbs down in just 14 weeks🎯

When Jak started working with me we got him on a well structured meal plan and had weekly targets we needed to hit.

He’s been on point with everything throughout the process and we’ve even managed to do this transformation while having a weekly cheat meal off plan + frequent high days!

In terms of his training we kept the same training split but just adjusted the training volume and added in a few more exercises

We also prioritise focusing on the connection to certain movements which I think has helped him even building muscle in a dieting phase due to the new stimulus💪

We have a few more weeks left in this phase to hold and stabilise while we slowly start adding food back in and filling out📈

Then next on the timeline is a lean bulk phase where we can really focus on building lean muscle and transforming the physique yet again ✅

The importance of being Hydrated 📈✅

Remember every night you go to sleep you will wake up with the gas tank empty and at your most dehydrated state 🫡

I recommend drinking at least 1L of water on wake followed by at least another 1L before training🕟

If your muscle is not hydrated enough, you will not get a good connection in the gym = not targeting intended muscle groups = less growth (progress)

Fuel up and get ready to live better, make sure it’s a daily habit like everything else 🎯✅

“I don’t want to get too bulky”…

This is a perfect example on why lifting weights and focusing on building muscle will not get you looking bulky

Muscle is small and dense the opposite to fat

Focusing on muscle will also speed up and make it easier to lose that stubborn body fat because it will boost your metabolism ✅

Everyone is trying to focus on the things that only makes up 5-15% of what you can do to get better fat loss results ❌

Instead of focusing only on what you do in the gym my advice would be spend more energy and attention on the rest ✅

You will not get anywhere thinking you are good because you done your 1hr weight session or cardio for the day 🫡

Focus on building up your maintenance calories first while focusing on low intensity output + following a well structured diet model📈🤝
