Rest easy, Coach Belal 🕊️

Today we mourn the loss of our founder, our coach, our brother, and our friend, Belal Abiad. 💔

Belal Abiad changed the basketball landscape in the UAE, but more than that, he changed lives.

From academies to leagues, from first-time players to seasoned athletes, he created opportunities, opened doors, and gave thousands a place to belong.
He didn’t just teach the game.

He built confidence in young players, connected families, and turned courts into communities and teammates into lifelong friends.

So many dreams started because Belal believed, supported, and showed up, again and again.

His legacy is not only in trophies or wins, but in every life he touched, every child he inspired, and every player who found purpose through basketball.

We are heartbroken, but we are forever grateful.
Rest in peace, Coach. Your impact will live on in every game, every league, and every heart you helped shape. 🕊️🖤
