🏸 The BWF Shuttle Time Course is BACK — now with a more flexible hybrid format and coming to Dubai! 🇦🇪🏸

Whether you are a PE teacher, aspiring coach, university student, badminton enthusiast, or someone looking to begin their journey in badminton coaching, this is your chance to be part of the BWF Shuttle Time Program — the world’s largest badminton schools initiative 🌍

With a combination of online learning and face-to-face practical sessions, participants can now learn more conveniently while still gaining hands-on coaching experience on court.

💻 Online Sessions
• May 15 | 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• May 16 | 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

🏸 Face-to-Face Practical Session
📍 WeMet Sports, Dubai Investment Park
• May 22 | 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

✅ Participants who successfully complete the online component will receive a certificate for completing the theoretical part of the course through the BWF Shuttle Time platform.

🏅 Participants who successfully complete both the online and face-to-face practical sessions will receive the full BWF Shuttle Time Certificate.

اجتماع بحثي نوعي جمع بين اتحاد الإمارات للريشة الطائرة، والاتحاد الدولي للريشة الطائرة، وكلية التربية بجامعة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ممثلة بقسم التربية الرياضية، وكلية الطب والعلوم الصحية بجامعة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ممثلة بقسم علم الأدوية والعلاجات، بهدف استكشاف فرص بحثية مشتركة وإعداد ورقة علمية متخصصة حول لاعبات الريشة الطائرة، تشمل جوانب الأداء الرياضي والصحة والتدريب.

وشهد الاجتماع حضور سعادة الدكتورة أسماء سعيد خذيل ممثلةً عن اتحاد الإمارات للريشة الطائرة، والسيد جعفر إبراهيم ممثلًا عن الاتحاد الدولي للريشة الطائرة، في خطوة تعكس أهمية التكامل بين الرياضة والبحث العلمي ودعم المواهب الرياضية وفق أحدث الممارسات العالمية 💡🏸

A distinguished research meeting brought together the UAE Badminton Federation, the Badminton World Federation, the United Arab Emirates University College of Education represented by the Physical Education Department, and the United Arab Emirates University College of Medicine and Health Sciences represented by the Pharmacology & Therapeutics Department.

The meeting focused on exploring collaborative research opportunities and developing a specialized scientific paper on female badminton players, covering performance, health, and training aspects.

The meeting was attended by Her Excellency Dr. Asma Saeed Khethail representing the UAE Badminton Federation, and Captain Jaffar Ibrahim representing the Badminton World Federation, highlighting the importance of integrating sports, science, and talent development through global best practices 💡🏸

A new step toward shaping a more innovative future for sports and scientific research in the UAE 🇦🇪

تألق اللاعبة سلامة سالم العامري في بطولة النادي الهندي

تواصل لاعبة نادي أبوظبي لألعاب المضرب، سلامة سالم العامري، تألقها اللافت في منافسات الريشة الطائرة، بعد أداء مميز في بطولة النادي الهندي، والتي تُعد إحدى بطولات الدولة للنخبة.

وقد نجحت اللاعبة الموهوبة في الوصول إلى الأدوار النهائية في منافسات فردي البنات تحت 9 سنوات، حيث قدمت مستوى فنيًا متميزًا يعكس تطورها الكبير رغم صغر سنها.

وتمكنت سلامة العامري من التأهل بعد فوزها في الدور نصف النهائي على اللاعبة Esabella Binesh CHITTILLAPILLY بنتيجة
(15-12، 10-15، 16-14)، في مباراة قوية أظهرت خلالها روحًا تنافسية عالية وإصرارًا حتى اللحظات الأخيرة.

ويأتي هذا الإنجاز ضمن جهود الأندية والاتحاد في اكتشاف وصقل المواهب الواعدة، حيث تُعد سلامة العامري نموذجًا مبشرًا لجيل جديد من لاعبات الريشة الطائرة في دولة الإمارات.
