*LOCKDOWN DONE RIGHT!*
Amazing 6 week transformation from It’s amazing what a live-in personal trainer and a good tan can do for your physique😍
On a serious note we achieved this through a variety of training methods including:
hitting the pads🥊
heavy lifting 🏋🏻♀️
& long endurance runs 🏃♂️
In conjunction with following a few, non restrictive, dieting techniques.
Also goes to show how you shouldn’t worry to much about what the scales say as although Tom hasn’t lost a great deal of weight, he has put on a considerable amount of muscle mass on during this period👏
Buzzing to see .skh boxing progression after only a month training with me👏
From never throwing a punch to becoming a complete natural on the pads.
Khash trained with me 2-3 times per week which included 1 to 1 and small grouped sessions. Looking forward to seeing more improvements in the near future!
