As if we needed another reason to exercise!
Exercise helps us lower our risk of death from all causes and improve cognitive function. It’s not just about physical resilience, but also psychological.

Side effects include, but are not limited to:
Decreasing your risk of cardiovascular diseases, such as heart attack and stroke, and many types of cancer; improving structural integrity (bones, muscles and whatnot) to decrease chances of falls and injuries; preventing or managing other health problems including high blood pressure, obesity, Type 2 diabetes, arthritis, depression and anxiety; and giving us a brain boost by improving sleep quality and preventing cognitive decline and memory loss.

You can have 100 problems—
until your health becomes one.
Then you only have one.
