A 100% Vegetarian Trasnformation. is a Masters student and a part time worker living by his own. He first contacted me asking for some help to achieve his fat loss goal. He explained me all his troubles and his experience with gym. He sent me his current supplements stack which he was using before joining me which included Whey, CLA, Preworkout, BCAA, Collagen etc., I made him stop using all of it as it was not needed in his current regime. Made him consume Whey protein only as he was a vegetarian and he was keen on using it. As his schedule was too busy with his studies & work, we started slow and made sure our diet & training did not hamper his daily schedule. With time he got used to it and started showing some amazing progress. We fixed his bloating & digestion issues aswell during this transformation. โ
