The gym will be running a holiday schedule from Tuesday, May 26 through Saturday, May 31.

Open Mat daily at 11:00 AM, open for all. No regular classes during the week.

Kids classes will not take place on Wednesday the 28th and Friday the 30th.

Regular schedule resumes in June. See you on the mats.

Big news for the kids program: Monday and Wednesday 5 PM classes are now Gi, and for the first time ever, Friday at 5 PM is a No-Gi kids class.

Heads up: Muay Thai classes are paused until May 14 while Coach heads out for fight camp. 🥊
