I recently saw story by a female coach saying that eating 100 g of carbs before bed is totally fine if you haven’t eaten enough during day .
My take ?

It all depends ..
depends how old are you
Depends on your body type ( ectomorth, endomorth or mezomorth )
Depends of your lifestyle ..if you workout and how often …so no it’s rather not good comment .
There is actually small group of those who can eat any carbs before bed .
And if your goal is to loose weight I would advise to skip carbohydrates definitely at dinner time .
