On 4.10, Super Bowl champion & Heisman Trophy winner Reggie Bush officially announced the launch of the United Athletes Tour (UAT) — a premier golf league bringing elite professional athletes together in a dynamic crossover of competition, culture, and connection.

Secretariat was honored to bring Reggie's vision to life and help stand up the league during its formation, with Managing Director Tamika Tremaglio leading as Interim President and Associate Director Sonia Chase and Neilsen Nippers providing key operational support.

And to mark the moment? UAT rang the bell at NASDAQ🔔✨

Designed to keep the competitive spirit alive beyond the game, UAT blends high-energy match play, co-ed team formats, best ball scoring, and elimination brackets — all while giving athletes ownership, storytelling power, and a true second act both on and off the green.

I had the pleasure of attending the 39th Annual National Bar Association Commercial Law Section Corporate Counsel Conference in Dana Point - a truly impactful gathering of attorneys, judges, law students, and corporate leaders from across the country.

I was especially honored to sit on a dynamic panel exploring the evolving landscape of commercial law at the intersection of sports, entertainment, and media. We had a thoughtful and forward-looking conversation about the rise of digital platforms and streaming, endorsement and branding deals, intellectual property in the age of social media, cross-border transactions, and how technology continues to reshape business models across these industries.

What stood out most was how quickly the legal framework is adapting to cultural shifts and innovation — and how critical it is for practitioners to stay agile while advising clients in these fast-moving spaces.

Spaces like this matter. They allow us to exchange ideas, challenge one another’s thinking, and strengthen the pipeline of leadership within corporate law.
