For the summer period only, we’ll be running TWO Ladies Days each week, giving you more opportunities to train with us for FREE every Thursday and Sunday from 10AM at 24 Fitness Gym, Al Quoz.

Whether you’re into strength training, cardio, fat loss, or simply building confidence in the gym, our supportive fitness community is here to welcome you 💕
