Have you ever been/listened to one of those motivating talks that leave you all fired up and you think “I’m going to use this to change for the better!”?
We have been there in one way or another.
We left all motivated and on fire to do whatever new thing they had talked about, an adrenaline rush!!!
YET
Few days ... Few mths ... down the road, the adrenaline rush has dissipated long time ago, and the talks belong to the past, a memory [or not] of mere “Motivational talks"!
The problem with most motivational talks is that the motivation comes from an external source: when motivational speakers leave, they take our motivation with them.
There is a simple brain hack that we can do to keep us motivated.
WHAT IS IT?
If we use self-talk to motivate ourself, then we will always have our motivational speaker within us!
We will always have someone that believes in us because that someone will be us.
Telling ourself that we ARE good enough, we ARE strong enough, we ARE smart enough.
Believe in yourself! This is the cornerstone for believing in yourself!
If you don’t believe in yourself, no one will believe in you!

Low self esteem refers to a person having an overall poor sense of self-value.
It essentially means having a poor opinion of ourself.
Self-esteem is about more than just generally liking ourself—it also means believing that we deserve love and valuing our own thoughts, feelings, opinions, interests, and goals. It can also play a role in how we allow others to treat us.
Having self-esteem not only impacts how you feel about and treat yourself, but it can even affect your to go after the things you want in life and your ability to develop healthy, supportive .

❓️ARE YOU AN EMOTIONAL EATER❓️
We don’t always eat just to satisfy physical hunger.
Many of us also turn to food for comfort, stress relief, or to reward ourselves.
And when we do, we tend to reach for junk food, sweets, and other comforting but unhealthy foods.
Emotional eating is using food to make yourself feel better—to fill emotional needs, rather than your stomach.
Unfortunately, emotional eating doesn’t fix emotional problems. In fact, it usually makes you feel worse. Afterward, not only does the original emotional issue remain, but you also feel guilty for overeating.

“Multitasking” is a lie - According to scientists, what you’re REALLY doing is quickly switching from one task to another.
- Which means you can never invest all your energy and focus into any of the tasks you’re doing.
- Which can make you more stressed, more tired and causes those silly mistakes.
INSTEAD
There’s a simple “brain hack” you can use to be more productive WITHOUT the adding stress and mental exhaustion…
It’s called “single tasking”:
- You break the task - or set of tasks - into chunks based on their priority.
- You don’t keep adding more on or jumping back and forth.
- You switch between them only if absolutely necessary.
