This is not about nationality or targeting Filipino organizers. This applies to **any organizer**, regardless of background. We all work hard, and our time, talent, and professionalism deserve to be respected.

Receiving your training certificate is a great achievement—but it’s only the beginning of the journey. A certificate doesn’t automatically mean you’re ready to lead a class with confidence.

Teaching takes more than knowing the choreography. It requires consistent practice, musicality, body coordination, cueing, confidence, and the ability to connect with your participants.

If you know these are areas you still need to improve, that’s not a weakness—it’s self-awareness. The best instructors never stop learning, practicing, and growing.

Take your time. Keep training. Keep dancing. Progress comes from preparation, not rushing.
