Feel good track for a feel good move š it burns but in the best possible way.
This move is a great cardiovascular exercise! It helps develop and improve lower body strength, stability and muscle coordination. Power is generated during each push-off phase as you load the foot, ankles, knees, and hips with your body weight and then quickly drive upward during the transition to the next lunge.
Donāt be scared of adding this exercise to your routine, take it slow and progress at your own pace. Sometimes all we need to do is get over the mental block we place on ourselves. Our bodies are capable of so much! All it takes is practice and a little determination.

Diving into a pool and feeling that cold rush of water surround you, is pure bliss. Thereās something therapeutic about water and itās ability to put your mind at ease. Floating on the waters surface relaxes the mind and brings a sense of calm to the day. While swimming laps will quicken your heart beat and push your body to move creating those feel good endorphins. No matter how you look at it, swimming and being confident in the water, will bring many positive aspects to your life. Be brave and start the adventure today. Remember we are never too old to learn a new skill.

Relaxing and taking in the sunshine āļø poolside is my happy place. Natural sunlight = a whole lot of vitamin D a vital ingredient for your bodyās well being. Vitamin D helps improve brain function, lowers high blood pressure and protects against inflammation. Adding a little sunshine to your life will make your days brighter and your body happy. And of course why not get your sunshine in while doing a little swimming š. Exercise + sunshine + a cool pool = the perfect morning.
