It feels good to be back and what better place to kick things off than at 💪🏼

The last couple months have been particularly challenging settling into our new home but I’m finally feeling ready to get back to having balance in my life again.

I’ll be way more active and I’m looking forward to picking up with my existing clients and supporting new clients again throughout the year.

Checked in at 70.8KG this week, lowest I’ve been in 2 years.

Benched 42KG dumbbells on flat. Heaviest I’ve ever lifted. Absolutely buzzing with another lifetime PB.

I’ve spent the last week or 2 making more effort to focus on getting more whole foods into my daily intake. It’s an eye opener doing a food shop and reading the ingredients list, off putting you could even say.

I’d say I’m at a stage now where at least 90% of the food I eat day to day is pure clean, real, unprocessed and nutrient dense food. Rarely added preservatives.

Do I feel better for it? Yep

Are my energy levels up? Yep

Am I sleeping better? Possibly

Am I losing weight and finding it easier to do so? Yes

Have a look through some of the meals I’ve eaten as dinners or breakfasts/lunches and give them a try
