Some practical Tough Truths that still a lot of people refuse to embrace Part 1️⃣
Your internal narratives is what needs to change before physical change truly happens.
Embrace the intensity and discipline of nutrition. Stay dedicated and perhaps you can say hello to lean and visible 6 pack.
Shouldn't be your first priority if you haven't mastered these Trifecta:
1️⃣optimal sleep/recovery
2️⃣high grade nutrition
3️⃣strength training
Getting the body in its higest, healthy function or fixing it is not solved immediately with just any available synthetic compounds you can grasp.
Unless you address the non sexy basics, and then perhaps you can start considering peptides and HRT/ hormone replacement therapy if you have fully established your sleep hygiene, nutrition and training regiment.
Otherwise, ur wasting bucks & hope that these compounds will solve your problem. When it should just facilitate the goods that are already doing.

When common sense is not common these days.
In essence, why would you take advice from someone whose life you don't want.
Sounds harsh... but it's also the truth.
I would only value tips and suggestions from someone who's done, exemplify the traits and characteristics that's worth following.
Someone who's fit, healthy, mentally sound and also financially inclined supporting a family and living a life with comfort.
It's as simple as that.

Someone told me, how amazing it feels as a coach to witness your athletes/clients reach their highest potential and see them perform and compete amongst the strongest out in the field.
But I say... "WHAT A FAKIN RARE MIX OF EMOTIONS" and being proud doesn't even suffice anymore. That for me as a coach, to watch my boys (FATHER & SON) compete in the same event and try to outwork each other and see who's the best man on that field.
You cannot pay for that feeling, you can't even try look for it and replicate it. It's pure joy on its rarest form that you can't explain.
My most loyal client for over a decade, my training partner, my Best friend... and now with his son aiming to outwork his dad, is truly the adrenaline I didn't know i was looking for.
I LOVE WHAT I DO... ❤️🫶🏾🩷
FIND UNCOMFORTABLE FRIENDS…
Friends that makes you question your beliefs and abilities, friends that helps you break your limiting beliefs.
They challenge your ideas, they push your boundaries. They are at times irritating because they refuse to settle for less, nor mediocrity. They pull you out of your comfort zone so you can be a much amplified version of yourself.
These are the kind of people you WANA surround yourself with, and they will be the first one to celebrate your wins with you as they will also be the first ones to air in the mud or go to war with you.
Thank you my brother for being the man am always chasing. The man that keeps me up my toes! And a true friend that tells me when am being a s**t head and helps me get myself get on a a right path. For this, am forever grateful
We are gonna be 50 years old in less than 2 years.
And we haven’t thought about quitting on ourselves anytime soon.
We refuse to be just another average Dads. We refuse to settle.
We don’t allow most cravings to win. We chose to master ourselves and keep our bodies thriving, developing, growing and keep strong.
We want our discipline and consistency to just be the norm, not a struggle nor suffering but delayed gratification for something more rewarding… Which our better and amplified versions of us in the future ahead, that our kids would emulate and be proud of.
Yes it’s a Sunday and It’s hot outside…
Yah! And !?!🙄
Get ur ass up, enjoy the city… get active and better that body of yours! Rather than infusing it with toxic alcohol and overeating.
Be a much better influence to yourself! Keep that body in hi functioning condition. Defy the effects of time and negative outcome of lazy aging.

Most men understand midlife crisis as a period of questioning their status, achievements and identity that can hit between the age of 40-50. And whether or not they’ve met society’s expectations:
✔️💰
✔️🏎️
✔️⌚️
Have they achieved enough?
Questioning their life choices and purpose, and sometimes leading to drastic behavioral changes and strongly influence by how others or their environment perceived them.
For me, personally… am pleased Iv made some early adjustments to physically develop, persevere and protect my body that houses and greatly influences my mind that can adjust and adapt to ever changing environment and effects of time.
At 48, I wake up every Mornin and look at the mirror with so much gratitude.
Fitness and sports keeps you young…
It is that simple…
Hangout with young people. Keep chasing youth baby. Keeps the heart healthy and happy.
