My name is Hamilton Lopes and well known by my clients as "The Transformation Coach". I am a Certified Health, Fitness, Diet & Nutrition Coach with over 25 years of experience. I coach clients to transform their physical appearance and improve their health markers within my 24 Weeks Fitness Transformation Challenge. During my career within the Health and Fitness Industry, I started to work as a Fi
tness Motivator in my local gym while studying to be qualified as a Personal Trainer, I quickly progressed to Fitness Instructor, and after almost a year I finally became a fully Certified Personal Trainer. Ready to take my career as a self-employed Personal Trainer in London, Iβve provided my services to most of the high street health Clubs and Gyms in Europe and in the UK-London working in Clubs such as Fitness First and Virgin Active among many local gyms, Hotels, Parks offering Boot camps, Group Classes, home, and training clients in their private gyms. In 2014, I made a life-changing decision to leave London behind and embark on an exciting journey to live in Dubai. Determined to reach new heights, I set out to redefine my coaching services in Dubai, creating a versatile approach that allows me to effectively guide in-person and online clients, regardless of their location across the globe. Since then, my coaching services have undergone a transformation, leveraging the power of technology and personal connections to offer a seamless and impactful coaching experience. With the ability to connect with clients from anywhere in the world. By embracing innovation and staying ahead of the curve, I've been able to enhance the quality and accessibility of my coaching services. π₯ In both photos, I'm the same wife, mother, full-time employee, and housewife. What differs is the mindset. It's not something visible or a miracle formula you can copy.
π₯ Does my reality resemble yours? Probably! My life is hectic with a house to manage, meals to cook, anxiety, and bouts of depression. It takes a lot of learning and focus to avoid falling back into that dark place.
π₯ Everything requires my mind. The Marina on the left thought a lot, wanted a lot, and tried a lot but lacked a well-made plan of action. There was never a consistent effort to reap the rewards. The frustration was constant because I didn't understand that it took me months and years to gain the weight, yet I expected to lose it in a few days. My mind was a saboteur.
π₯ I only became the Marina in the other photo when I turned the key. I realized that my constant bad habits led to the body I had, and I needed to change them little by little so they would become good habits. Gradually, I began to reap the rewards of that change. Easy? No! But it's a job that must be done day after day. Did I slip up? Several times. What did I do? I moved ahead! I didn't throw in the towel.
π₯ Even as a mother, woman, housewife, and worker, I needed to be in a better mood, more lively, flexible, and energetic to keep up with my son and the heavy rhythm of everyday life.
π₯ If I can offer some friendly advice or reveal the secret of "getting there," it's this: keep up the pace. See what fits into YOUR reality. Stop trying to be like someone else. Make your journey part of YOUR story with your own script. Being inspired is great, it helps a lot, but only you know the challenges you face. You will always reap what you sow. Don't expect to eat junk food and get the results of a healthy diet.

Straight out of the kitchen and on his own words:
I have been training with Hamilton Lopes for the past 7
months.
I originally knew him since my college time and
trained with him in london aswell.
I believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around.
I know that I would never have achieved the level of
fitness and wellness
I have at this moment, if not for the personal attention given by him. He is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of his profession.
Hamilton is focused on helping me achieve my goals and
makes every plan challenging.
My fitness has increased noticeably and I find I actually look forward to my workouts.
Need to add that nutrition given by him is not boring and
as i am in india he answers everything promptly and
reverts immediately even with the time difference.
I feel luckv to have found him 12 years ago during my
college time and to have him as my coach again is just
another blessing!

π₯ Nothing you can see from the outside, nothing you can "copy" any miracle formula.

Her story:
π₯ I gained weight during the lockdown and my clothes wouldn't fit me so l weigh myself and couldn't believe I was 99.9kg.
π₯ It took me 8 months to get in shape because I had a few trips away so I was off the diet quite often.
π₯ It was definitely worth the effort I put into the program and I couldn't be happier.
π₯ The advise i can strongly give to anyone who are starting is that you must stay focus on the objective, watch videos, keep saying to yourself you don't need extra food when the cravings comes, find a low calorie fruit to kill the sugar cravings and don't stop until you are proud.
