This holiday has been a huge portal for me.
Saying goodbye to what was and hello to soemthing new.
I’ve been so conscious about really taking the kids out their comfort zone.
We’ve went snorkelling in the deep sea, my son needed some loving coaching and even though he was terrified he did it.
We’ve been water skiing, went on a tube that my son refused to go on but managed 10 mins. I managed to stay up for 5 seconds on the water ski after I attempted it 7 times and both my kids tried it.
We will be going again.
We’re going fishing tomorrow and might try paragliding before we come home.
Lots of firsts for us as a little trio.
I’ve made a conscious effort to do everything first, to show them their mum can lead the way.
We’re only on day 2 and we’ve done more water sports than we ever have.
New template being laid down for us.

“I feel like I have lost my edge.”
That is what Khalid told me in our first session. Senior executive. Financial services. Years of experience. Respected on paper.
But inside, he was second-guessing everything. Was he making the right call? What if he was wrong? The stakes were higher now. Bigger revenue. More people. Mistakes meant more. Cost more. He was exhausted from performing certainty he did not feel.
He knew he was good at his job. That was never the issue.
The issue was that somewhere along the way the pressure had got louder than him. And instead of leading, he was surviving. Every meeting. Every conversation. Every decision.
The shift was not about giving him more skills. He had plenty.
It was about showing him how to stop letting the stress mean something about him.
That was the first thing we worked on. It took three sessions.
Once that moved, everything moved. He got calmer. His confidence came back. He started making bigger, bolder decisions and trusting them.
His words, not mine: “The shift was immediate. I stopped second-guessing, started sleeping better, and it made a huge impact on my team and my team’s revenue.”
This is not unusual. This is what I see every time a leader does this work.
They do not become a different person. They become the person they already were underneath all of it.
On 25 May, I am running a 90 minute masterclass where I teach you the exact framework that created this shift for Khalid and for hundreds of other senior leaders.

I was lucky enough to have been given the best dad in the world.
I got a double whammy with my brother.
Happy birthday to my twin
The best brother, husband, son, father, doctor and general human anyone can ask for, loving, kind, generous intelligent and just an over all incredible human.
No one can make me laugh, cry or feel as loved and protected as you.
Dad would be looking down at us right now so proud of how we’re managing his legacy.
Couldn’t do it without you.
Omario, legandrio!
Love you bro.
See you in a few weeks.
Best big bro bear hug anyone can give.
Also I genuinely believe you’re as amazing as you are because you had a sister like me by your side, not to mention .nafousi . We basically made you 😜

I have sat across from thousands of senior leaders in my career. Interviewed them. Assessed them. Placed them.
And I can tell you the single thing that separates the ones who command a room from the ones who shrink in it.
It is not confidence. Confidence is a symptom.
It is identity.
The leaders who own a room have an internal relationship with themselves built on trust. They honour their word to themselves.
They know that no matter what happens in that meeting, they will be OK. More than OK. That certainty, that knowing they will be there for themselves, whether they get the job or not, get promoted or not, whether their idea lands or not, that is not something they perform.
It is something they carry. Because they do what they say they are going to do.
The leaders who shrink are often more talented. More experienced. More prepared. But somewhere along the way, they stopped keeping promises to themselves and started keeping them for everyone else instead. And that has a cost. A quiet one.
An outdated identity running a current day role. It never works.
That gap is where self-doubt lives.
I built a framework that closes it. I have tested it with hundreds of C suite leaders. It works every time.
I know this because I have watched both sides. I have watched leaders stay stuck in that gap for years. And I have watched what happens when they close it. Careers that take off. Teams that change. Relationships that come back to life. The same shift, every time.
On 25 May, I am teaching this framework live. 90 minutes. $48 early bird.

I have seen this shift change hundreds of careers. Yours is next. Comment MASTERCLASS and I will send you the details.

So excited to be delivering this workshop today.
There is a strategy to how we use our mind.
I’ve created my own unique framework that allows people to learn how to manage themselves through all seasons of life.
The good, bad and the ugly.
My own Limitless Leadership Framework.
So honoured to do the work I do.

She could not stand up in front of a room and speak.
That is where she was when she came to me.
Finance manager.
Smart.
Capable.
Knew her numbers inside out.
But the moment she had to present, her throat would close, her mind would go blank, and she would shrink.
Too agreeable in meetings.
Especially in board meetings.
She would lie awake the night before, running scenarios.
Then leave kicking herself because she knew she could have done better.
She drove home frustrated.
Her husband got tired of her walking through the door in a bad mood.
She avoided difficult conversations with her team.
She stopped trusting herself to make decisions.
It piled up to the point that even holidays did not touch it. She was fed up. She knew something had to change.
We started my Limitless Leader Programme.
Within three months, the board noticed. She was speaking up.
She was leading. Her boss pulled her aside to tell her the Chairman had specifically asked for her to attend every board meeting going forward.
She got promoted to Finance Director.
When the CFO left, they offered her the role.
Then she got headhunted for a CFO position at a bigger company.
A few months later she sent me a photo of herself speaking at a conference. Something, she told me, she never could have imagined doing.
That is what happens when you stop managing the symptom and start working on what is actually underneath it.
This is my zone of genius. Seeing exactly what is in the way and training my clients in precisely what they need to move through it.
On 25 May, I am teaching the exact framework behind this kind of shift. 90 minutes. $48.

Struggling to know what you need?
Most high achievers don’t actually need more strategy.
They need space to hear themselves again.
Because when you’re constantly leading, giving, fixing, thinking…you stop asking yourself what you need.
The most important person you should be looking after. On the back burner…it has to stop.
Becuase that’s when the overwhelm starts.
The resentment.
The confusion.
The feeling of being successful on paper but disconnected inside.
My Breakfast & Breakthroughs are designed to change that.
Just me and you.
8am–1pm.
A deep immersion into your mindset, patterns, blind spots, nervous system, leadership and vision.
A space just for you to be held, heard and listened to.
My clients leave with:
— emotional weight lifted
— clarity they haven’t felt in years
— decisions they’ve been avoiding finally made
— a completely different way of seeing themselves and their future
It’s honestly like 6 months of coaching and therapy in one session.
And the bit that excites me the most?
Most people come thinking they need answers…
but leave realising they finally gave themselves permission to listen to themselves.
May spots completely sold out.
Only 3 spaces left for June.
DM me “BREAKTHROUGH” if you want one of them.

These three things are connected.
When you do not trust yourself, you cannot hold space for difficult emotions. When you cannot hold difficult emotions, you burn out. When you burn out, you lose touch with what actually inspires you.
And when you lose that, your team loses it too.
It is a cycle. It will not break on its own.
I built a framework that breaks it.
I have used it with hundreds of C-suite leaders and I am teaching it live on 25 May. 90 minutes. $48 early bird.
Command the Boardroom Without Second-Guessing Yourself.
You have read this far because you recognised yourself in at least one of those three. So stop thinking about it and come.

During COVID, I got made redundant.
The only person in the office was let go.
The CEO I had worked with for seven years made the call. My daughter found me on the bathroom floor, crying.
And I need you to hear this part.
I was not made redundant because I was bad at my job. I was exceptional at my job. Twenty-two years of proof.
I was made redundant because after I had my children, I lost my sense of identity. It did not touch my output. It went somewhere deeper.
My confidence.
The way I showed up. The way I pushed back. Or stopped pushing back.
I let myself be disrespected over and over again.
On that bathroom floor, I made a decision.
This is not my story.
I got coaching. I rebuilt myself from the inside out. I studied neuroscience, somatics, and everything I could find about how we actually change the way we feel about ourselves.
I layered in two decades of watching what separates the leaders who command a room from the ones who shrink in it.
And eventually, I built a method around it. Because I know exactly what it feels like to lose yourself.
And I know what it actually takes to come back.
Today, 85% of my clients are C-level. CEOs. CFOs. Chiefs of Staff.
I teach them what nobody taught me: you cannot lead a team if you cannot lead yourself.
I built this from my own wreckage. I refined it across hundreds of senior leaders. It works every time.
On 25 May, I am running a 90-minute masterclass where I teach you the exact framework that rebuilt me and has since rebuilt the careers of hundreds of people sitting in rooms just like yours.
