Massive well done to my client Husain who just ran his first 1/2 marathon race. We set a target time of 2hrs 30m and he managed to do the race in 2hrs 20 min. He is now doing a T100 sprint a week after his first race, then onto his first ever full marathon in India in Jan 2026. Keep up the training while I am away and let’s see how he gets on over the weekend.

My client has improved so much over the last few months, lifting heavier weights, beating her pbs, changed her lifestyle habits and having fun in each session. Keep up the great work 🙏🏻

It’s fight week for Abdullha, he’s excelled in his s&c sessions this camp. Each week consistently improving and leaving no stone unturned. Big statement coming up on Friday 2nd of May on Karate Combat.

My two s&c clients who have been absolutely smashing the sessions on a weekly basis. They have both massively increased their fitness levels and managing to lift more,work harder and they push each other through some gruelling workouts.

Practice what you preach, wee bit of strength and conditioning training. Good to see max improve each week as well, soon all the fighters will be back after Ramadan and we will be showing the young team what we’ve been doing over the last few sessions.

Look at my client smile after his personal training session, he trains with me 4 times a week before he starts his hectic long days. Makes no excuses, turns up and trains hard and cracks on with the rest of the day. That’s dedication to getting fit and becoming a better person. I love my job, love the opportunities I’ve had over the years.

Two years of being your coach/friend, Marwan didn’t know how much he was going to enjoy his boxing training with me. It’s been a real pleasure training you and watching you learn a whole new sport. Keep up the great work mate
