كل واحد فينا عنده Weak points, ومحتاج يتلعب عليها أكتر.
مثلا أنا عندي الترابس والباي سيبس, محتاجين يتركز عليهم أكتر ويبقوا أضخم, بحيث يبقى في تناسق مابينهم ومابين باقي العضلات.
سبب من أسباب إنهم كدا حاليا بجانب الجينات, إني ماكنتش بركز عليهم من زمان, واما كنت بلاقيني مش عارف أجيب أوزان فيهم, كنت بفكني وأمرنهم كل فترة تقضية واجب وخلاص..
حالياً بقى, باخد يوم مخصص لل weak points دي, بجانب التمرينة الأساسية اللي بتمرنهالهم. والنتيجة حلوة جداً يعني وفي تحسن كبير.
ف ياريت كل واحد يهتم بنقط الضعف اللي عنده, ومايهملهاش.. علشان التناسق العضلي, دا غير انها بتفرق في ال performance بتاعك أثناء التمرين.
يعني الباي سيبس مثلا, بتدخل في تمرينة الظهر, ف لو قوية عندك, بتساعدك تجيب أوزان أكتر, وهكذا...
إيه أكتر عضلات محتاجة يتركز عليها عندكوا حاليا؟
عايز تعمل أحلى اكتاف في البيت بالدامبلز وبس؟ يبقي الفيديو دا ليك 🔥

This post is very important because the amount of people who end up giving up their goals, for not seeing results is huge!
The big problem is if you only consider one parameter as an indicator of success or failure, the scale...
Who has this ever happened to? When they're going to weigh in, if the scale doesn't indicate what they expected, they end up feeling frustrated and giving up the journey.
An indicator alone doesn't say anything. In the case of the scales, it can be even more dangerous, because it doesn't say if there's muscle mass gain or volume loss. Just say a number.
So I leave you some of the indicators showing if progress is being made.
1-Body measurements - Body volume helps you know what's happening concretely in your body and if you're really getting weightless.
2-Energy Levels - Feeling more energetic you will be more willing to do your daily tasks.
3-Performance in Workouts - If you have more resistance in your workouts and can train with bigger loads that means you're stronger.
4-Outfit - Compare your clothes you wore a while back and how they look now in your body.
5-Body Photographs - As you see daily there are progress that stays camo. With the photos you can see through the 3th and better assimilate the differences.
6-Food Choices - Your ability to adjust to a dietary plan directed towards your goal is a factor indicating your degree of commitment.
7-Most active lifestyle - Moving more during the day and starting to do the workouts for taste and not obligation.
Focus on what you can control and not what you can't.
Focus on being consistent and change will be gradual but sustained in the long run.
Last note: the scales are not bad, enemy or whatever. It's like all other parameters an indicator of progress. However, if you don't have any other parameters together, such as body measurements and photographs, it's common for you to be deceived by reading and you can't truly understand what's going on with your body.

That's 1/8 of your daily calorie intake if you're on let's say 2000 cal/day diet (pretty common)
Now, see Pizza is not a problem.
But, just try to add some extra Cheese into it.
Maybe a little bit of Spicy Oil and some Pepperoni.
Your 260 calorie Pizza suddenly gets 500 calories.
Got it?
The problem is not what you eat.
But rather it is a combination of various ingredients.
Do not feel guilty about foods you enjoy.
Just be careful with what you add into it.
Ingredients you should avoid 🙅♂️:

💥 Sugar
💥 Butter

Accountability is 🔑
A few weeks back...
A guy told me 'my wife and friends are unlikely to hold me accountable because they dont want to hurt my feelings'
This got me thinking...
Often times those closest to us want the best for us, but dont push us hard enough to get it
This is both a blessing and a curse as those people will be there for you
when you need support
But they often, will let you off if you don't do what's best for you
The only way to ensure you stay dedicated is through Accountability!
This can come in many forms:
-a daily target to hit your steps
-tracking your weight to make sure you're losing at the pace you should
-a coach
If you have been trying to lose weight for a while, years, then its probably time to ask for help
Find someone who will hold you accountable for hitting your targets
That will celebrate your mini wins every step of the way
And be there when the going gets tough

Sadly, I hear this every week from every Man I speak to
They all want to finally feel comfortable in their own skin
But consistently put everything before themselves
Their kids, family and even their job
They think if they make time for themselves its selfish or other things will suffer
The reality is
When you make time for yourself
Not only do you get better
Everything else does as well
You're more present with your kids
You have the energy to be there for family
And you boss it at work
I know this from working with dozens of busy men
All have their own commitments
And most have to be everything, father and the sole provider
If they have made it work, why can't you?...

Destroy your anxiety with this SIMPLE tip
I was on a check in with one of our awesome Gentlemen this week
He mentioned He felt overwhelmed
So many tasks to do, so many things going wrong
He was frozen by her anxiety
And this is OKAY!
It happens to myself more often than I would like to admit
As a coach, its my job to get stuff done and be positive doing it
And it can make me feel weak when this happens
Like I am lesser than I should be
But the reality is, I am human
Just like you are
Just like that person you know who you think has it all together
So give yourself a break!
Focus on how far you have come instead of obsessing over what went wrong
And remember this
Little Tasks = Little WIN's
If you are feeling anxious, break up what you need to do into doable tasks
Make them small enough so that its almost easy to get them done
Then, prioritise what's most important to least
Discard anything that is not needed today
Finally, get them done, tick them off and reward yourself once they are all complete..
