At the end of this month we'll be saying goodbye to our coaches Hannah & Pat as they move on to their next chapter.

We're sad to see them go but we can't wait to see the mountains they'll move within the industry. Thank you both, for your commitment to our community, the laughs, the dance moves, the M&M's at breakfast, the stinky shorts, the scran, and endless great memories we've had here. Good luck on your next adventure!

We are SO excited to announce Coach Anca as your newest Head Trainer at F45 JP!

Anca joined our team this time last year as a part-time coach, she is so driven & passionate about health and fitness and has incredible attention to detail. Anca goes above and beyond for our members and we are so happy to have her "creeping" around here everyday now.

Anca said a few words when we asked her why she loves being a coach at F45?

F45 has taught me to be passionate about the people that I am coaching, not just passionate about coaching. The community we’ve build at F45 Jumeirah Park is incredibly strong and we are all super proud of each and every of our members.

This studio takeover will be run by their team along side your F45 JP coaches.
They are here to raise awareness through their events & connect with supportive communities of likeminded people.

Their mission is to drive a movement that helps those affected by cancer, to inspire them in their darkest moments and support them in recovery.

🔵 2 x 10 minute workouts
🔵 Great opportunity to practice with your team for those competing at Battle Cancer 2023 next month!
