Hulk juice 💪
Granted this does not look very appetising but trust me... around workout times get this down your neck.
BEETROOT
GINGER
GREENS (spinach/kale ect.)
BLUEBERRIES OR BERRY FLAVOUR AMINO ACIDS.

It actually tastes great from the spicy ginger and the sweetness from the berries or amino acid and hides the earthy beetroot/spinach taste.
I drink half and save the other half for later.

Packed with Nutrients and high fiber, folate (vitamin B9), magnesium, potassium, iron, Vitamin C, beetroot really improves blood flow, lower blood pressure, ginger reduces inflammation, berries high in antioxidants all of this and more will increase exercise performance and give you a healthy gut.

Timing, speed, power, accuracy, balance... repeat until you get it punch perfect.

Basic things to focus on while doing bagwork...
●Always keep your feet apart (what happens to a tree with no roots?)
●Move in and out of the pocket as you would with an opponent.
●Double up your jab even mid combo to line up your target.
●Change tempos between speed and power or loose "pepper" shots to flow.
●Move your head off center (quickly)
●Exhale out FAST on every movement (punch , slip, loop ect...)
●Change angles.
●Make 2 or 3 phase combinations by either moving your feet out or moving your head then throwing a few more punches.
●Snap the last punch in the combo.
●Vary your punches (body or head height)
●Hands up guarding your face (this one's debatable depending on the style of boxing but as a foundation... do it!
●The moment your hand leaves your face to throw a punch raise your shoulder so your chin is guarded and the punch is longer.
●Have fun.

Never forget the importance of your mental health.
Don't neglect your time and what makes you happy.
Especially after the crazy year we've just had.
Healthy daily habits, good training, fresh air, sunshine and soaking up whats around you.

Find something you really enjoy doing and do it as much as you possibly can.
It's what we are put on this earth for to enjoy life and be happy.
