Basically you just call it as you go - didn’t have a fkn clue me🤣

I was in the gym more than I was anywhere else.
And here’s some tips nobody tells you:

Most of it would be unnecessary. (For an average dude just tryna look good)

Results:

1. Train 4 days a week. Not 6.
Your muscles don’t grow in the gym. They grow when you rest. 4 focused sessions beats 6 average ones every single time.

2. Prioritise compound movements.
Squat. Deadlift. Bench. Row. Pull-up. These 5 movements will build 90% of your physique. Everything else is a bonus.

3. Progressive overload is the only rule that matters.
If you’re not lifting more, doing more reps, or improving your form week on week, you’re not growing. Track your lifts. Beat last week. Simple.

4. Protein is your best friend.
I go 1.5-2g per pound of bodyweight. Every single day. Non-negotiable. Without this, nothing else matters.

5. Sleep is doing more work than your training.
I used to sacrifice sleep to get more sessions in. Worst decision I ever made. 7-9 hours is where your body actually rebuilds. Protect it.

6. Consistency over intensity.
The man who trains 4 days a week for 2 years will always beat the man who trains 6 days a week for 3 months and burns out. Show up. Every week. Without fail.

7. Your lifestyle outside the gym matters more than your lifestyle inside it.
Stress. Sleep. Steps. Nutrition. These are the real variables. The gym is just the trigger.

I spent years doing why I did because I had to for the elite level I wanted to reach.

You don’t have to live like that.

Save this. Apply it.

It’s only halftime, bro.

“In the trenches💪🏽” actually becomes valid

26/02/2026

Was it all worth it?

26/02/2026

I can make it to Wrestlemania 20230

26/02/2026

How’s this gonna go then?

26/02/2026

Here’s what real progression actually looks like:

• Add load
• Add reps with the same load
• Add sets
• Improve ex*****on and control
• Slow the eccentric
• Increase range of motion
• Improve stability so the target muscle works harder
• Shorten rest periods
• Increase time under tension
• Improve mind to muscle connection
• Take sets closer to true failure
• Add a pause in the stretched position
• Increase weekly training frequency
• Improve recovery so performance goes up next session

Sometimes it’s cleaner reps.
Sometimes it’s deeper reps.
Sometimes it’s the same weight but it finally looks how it’s supposed to.

At this stage, you’re not chasing random pumps.
You’re chasing measurable improvement.

If your body hasn’t changed in 6 months, it’s not because you’re “older”.

It’s because you stopped progressing.

Stop complaining and do something

25/02/2026

So what’s the change you’re going to make?

25/02/2026

You made the trade.

Late nights for the business. Saying no to your people because you had to grind. Putting work first, always. Sacrificing your presence for your ambition.

For some of you, you let your body go. Fast food because you were too busy. Skipping the gym because work came first.

For others, you maintained your body but lost your relationships. Lost your presence. Lost yourself in the grind.

Either way, you got the success. You got the money. You got the status.

But now you’re asking yourself: Was it worth it?

Bro… You didn’t make a bad trade. You made the trade you thought you had to make.

But now you’re trying to see better.

You don’t have to choose between success and health.
Between ambition and presence.
Between winning at work and winning at life.

You can have both. You just need to lock in and build it.

It’s only halftime, bro. You’ve got decades ahead of you to get this right.

Let’s redirect that same hunger that built your success into becoming the complete man -> successful, strong, and present.

DM me ‘LOCK IN’ if you’re ready to stop asking “was it worth it?” and start building the life that makes the answer obvious.
