For our next Rebirth Retreat, we chose Koh Phangan for many reasons.

For its nature, its atmosphere, and the feeling that life can sometimes be seen more clearly when we step beyond the familiar.

This retreat is an invitation into practice & transformation, exploration, and a week shared with women from around the world.

There is a reason why meditative practices such as yoga were traditionally passed on only direct from teacher to student, not only in India, but across many wisdom traditions around the world.

The intention was to preserve understanding, context and the deeper meaning behind it.

Today, many people share what they understand through their own lens, and sometimes the original intention becomes fragmented or misunderstood.

We hope these words offer a little more context about kundalini and yoga, its roots and the experience it was always meant to invite us into.

The Place & The Experience

The energy of the place where we are creating the Crystal Island Rebirth Retreat matters deeply to us. Who created the space, who lives there, and who holds it are part of why we chose this island and this retreat home.

Koh Phangan is known by many as a unique power place and is often connected to the island’s crystalline structure and natural energy.

Our retreat takes place within a private retreat setting, three villas, private pools, and a separate yoga shala, cared for by our trusted local team.

The retreat is guided by Kristina and the main practices include:

* Daily Sunrise Sadhana
* Transformative workshops, meditation & chanting
* Systemic Family Constellations for exploring your roots
* Creative rituals and ceremonies with local island guests

Participation is application based and takes place through a personal conversation with us.

The morning is a deep dive into the power and science of Kundalini Yoga - to reconnect with yourself and your roots.

The afternoon opens the space for Family Constellations, where personal and family dynamics may become visible through systemic work within the group field.

Both workshops will be held in German.

The first Systemic Family Constellation evening with Kristina at Samadhi Wellness Dubai took place this Friday during the New Moon weekend in Dubai.

What unfolded throughout these hours moved all of us deeply.

Stories that had been carried silently for years became visible. Emotions that had no words suddenly had a place.
People who had never met before stepped into each other’s systems with an honesty and sensitivity that reminded us how deeply human beings are connected beyond the mind.

This post only shares some impressions, as the constellation work remains undocumented intentionally, because these spaces are deeply personal, protected, and built on trust and confidentiality.

It felt as if a seed had been planted for the work that is still to come.

Watching this work unfold inside such a beautiful space, supported by an incredible team, felt very special for all of us.

Thank you to everyone who trusted the field, who brought their topics, joined as representatives, who opened their hearts, and to Samadhi Wellness for hosting this evening.
