Whether you’re new to rugby or already playing, this is a fantastic opportunity to experience high-level coaching, elite preparation, and the culture we’re building at Warriors.

🧊 Ice Baths & Recovery Products: 9:30-11:00am

🏉 Specialized Pitch Session
The pitch session will be led by Anthony Kapp, our World Rugby Level 3 coach, alongside two outstanding and experienced coaches, Burger Geldenhuys and Muneeb Galant.

💪 Strength & Conditioning Session
Led by Kieran Noble, current Head of S&C at DESS College. Kieran brings extensive experience and knowledge within the strength and conditioning industry, particularly in rugby performance. Get ready for a fantastic introductory session led by him.

🧊 Ice Baths & Recovery Session
Provided by Recoveroo and completely free of charge thanks to Dubai Warriors. After a tough session in the heat, players will have the opportunity to recover using ice baths and a range of professional recovery tools.

☕️ Harness Foods will also be onsite throughout the morning.
